"At VPS, wheel alignment is not just about driving straight - it is about preserving tire life, restoring stability, and keeping the vehicle precise at every speed."
VPS provides premium wheel alignment services for daily drivers, performance cars, lowered vehicles, collector cars, and custom builds that need accurate road behavior and proper tire wear. Correct alignment helps restore straight tracking, steering precision, braking stability, and overall confidence behind the wheel.
Poor alignment can cause uneven tire wear, off-center steering, pulling to one side, vibration, and unstable handling. At VPS, wheel alignment is approached as part of complete vehicle condition, especially when suspension parts, ride height, wheels, or driving feel have changed.
Based in Sherrington, Quebec, VPS serves clients from Montreal, Longueuil, Chateauguay, Saint-Catherine, Saint-Remi, the South Shore, across Quebec, and nearby northern U.S. regions for premium maintenance and specialist vehicle care.
Alignment Types
Alignment for Daily, Drift, Drag, or Track -
the same car, but completely different feelings
1. Regular / Daily Alignment
Built for stable everyday driving, predictable steering, and longer tire life. This is the best choice for most road cars because it focuses on comfort, straight tracking, and less & even tire wear.
2. Drift Alignment
Set up to improve front-end response, steering angle behavior, and control while the car is sideways. Drift alignment is usually much more aggressive and purpose-built, with settings chosen for initiation, transition, and control rather than normal tire life.
3. Circuit Alignment
Designed for sharper turn-in, stronger front-end grip, and better cornering balance at speed. This setup helps the car stay more composed in hard driving, but it usually increases tire wear in normal street use.
4. Drag Alignment
Built to keep the car stable in straight-line acceleration and improve predictability under hard launches. The priority here is traction, straight tracking, and keeping the car settled rather than maximizing corner grip.
Straight Tracking
Does the Car Pull to One Side?
If the vehicle does not track straight, alignment may be off. Correcting geometry helps restore stable and predictable road behavior.
Tire Protection
Uneven Tire Wear Starts Small
Incorrect alignment can wear tires much faster than expected. Early correction helps protect tread life and avoid replacing tires too soon.
Suspension Changes
New Suspension Means New Alignment
After suspension work, ride height changes, or wheel upgrades, alignment should be corrected to match the car’s new setup.
Steering Precision
Is the Steering Wheel Crooked?
A steering wheel that no longer sits centered often points to alignment issues. Proper adjustment helps the car feel cleaner and more precise to drive.
High-Speed Stability
Alignment Affects Confidence at Speed
A car with poor alignment can feel nervous, unstable, or inconsistent on the highway. Proper wheel alignment helps correct issues when the car pulls to one side, feels unstable at speed, or follows road ruts and grooves too aggressively. If the vehicle needs constant steering correction or feels like it is being thrown by the road, alignment fixes these problems and restores straighter and confident stability.
Premium & Performance Cars
Precision Matters More on Enthusiast Cars
On performance, lowered, and premium vehicles, alignment is a major part of how the car feels. VPS sets it with care, not guesswork.
