Our History
Where It All Began
VPS Motorsport started with 2 brothers working on cars at the age of 15 - first on their own vehicles, then on friends’ cars. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion for understanding how cars work, how they fail, and how to make them perform better.
That passion led to their first shop in Montreal, in LaSalle, under the name VPS Motorsport. There, VPS built its reputation by solving difficult diagnostics, mysterious mechanical problems, and issues other garages and even dealerships - could not locate. VPS is well known for repairing, building, and selling engines for nearby dealerships.
As the work became more advanced, the vision became clearer: the team wanted to focus on performance cars, rare platforms, exotic vehicles, and custom mechanical work. To make that possible, VPS moved to a larger atelier in Sherrington, Quebec, with more space, better equipment, and the freedom to build at a higher level.
Today, the name is always VPS Motorsport, it still has verified mechanics to supports regular maintenance works, but its main focus is performance, rare, exotic, modified, and high-value vehicles. Handled with real experience, proper diagnostics, and no guesswork.
